Not worth the price Positive: Spacious kitchen, ample parking, very responsive onsite manager-- "Brandon" was easy to reach and always willing to make things as pleasant as possible. Negative: Facilities a bit run down- one bathroom sink ran all night, the other barely drained at all. Floors were dirty enough our feet were black from walking around apartment. We hoped to have enough beds for a married couple, our 87 year old mother, and our teen daughter but the sofa bed was too warped and uncomfortable, the upstairs beds weren't big enough for a couple, and the provided air mattress lost air all night. This was unacceptable for a $450/night accommodation.

Our lodge was very clean - very nice and quiet. We enjoyed our stay.

A good place to go to unwind and relax. Negative: Don't really have anything negative to say. Over all the property was very peaceful and the staff was very friendly and helpful

Great lodging option in a convenient location in Estes Park Positive: Easy process to get into the lodging. Very comfortable and clean. Was nice to have an easy to use coffee machine in the lodge. Beds for everyone in the family. Negative: Rather loud air conditioning unit in the lodge, but appreciated the climate controlled environment. So it evens out. Just a note for those with an auditory sensitivity.
