Sundance Suite. One Bedroom Cozy Suite with fireplace. Dogs OK.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Rustic Acre! The property is very cute. The cabin was very cozy and comfortable. The in-room jacuzzi was amazing and the coffee maker was great. We saw some elk across the street the next morning. We would definitely stay again!

Loved this place and would stay there again. Positive: The Sundance Suite is the perfect size for 2 people and a dog. Very comfortable. Great location. Very close (within minutes driving and a bit more walking -downhill/uphill) to anything. Brandon was on-site and available, communicative (by email and phone), and very friendly. He made us feel very comfortable and welcome, even though we barely saw him. We were there during the 4th of July, being a very busy time to be there. We were close enough to shopping and the fireworks, and just far enough away from all of the crowds of people. Fireworks started at 9:30. We had planned to watch them from the deck on our patio, but decided at 9:20 to drive down a block to watch them. We surprisingly found a parking spot and found an open spot to sit within minutes of the fireworks starting. We watched them from beginning to end and were back at the Suite by 10:15. Fireworks were amazing. I can't stress enough what a great location the Sundance Suite is if you want to be close to things and be away from large crowds of people. Negative: This is not a "what didn't you like", but they could use a bigger sign to find the place.

Good to great property if you are willing to pay $$$ for location and time of year. We were. Positive: Rustic yet modern decor,, with nice touches like the skylight. Excellent espresso machine and coffee supply bar including plastic utensils, paper towels. Excellent location since we were attending the Scottish Festival a 10 minute walk away. Very comfy bed. Refrigerator and microwave enabled us to save leftovers from pricey restaurants. Very attentive host (Brandon). Much quieter than expected give proximity to St. Vrain Ave. and dog in neighboring cabin. Negative: Bed was so high we had to almost jump into it. Shower could use recaulking when you get around to it. No big deal. Would be nice to have a summary mailed to us (in case we were too thick to parse it from the booking) regarding -Grill tools -Disposable supplies: plates, bowls, paper towels, plastic utensils, salt & pepper
